The league's top swimmers, divers and relay teams were recognized for their best results from the winter season.

The York-Adams League has announced its swimming and diving all-stars for the 2023-24 season.

Top swimmers, divers and relay teams were recognized for their best times and scores from the entire winter campaign. Results from any league or postseason meet could be submitted, although times were required to be automatically recorded. Swimming all-star selections are based on an athlete's single fastest time from the season, while divers' top three scores were gathered and averaged.

Each athlete could only be nominated in a maximum of four events, the most one can compete in during a meet. Most four-event all-star swimmers were recognized in two individual events and two relay events.

These all-star lists often resemble the results from the York-Adams League championships in February, at which many swimmers put up their best times. Dallastown's Julia Havice (50 free, 100 free) and Central York's Madalynn Buss (200 free, 500 free) recorded the season's fastest times in multiple girls' events, while South Western's Owen Cromer (50 free, 100 free), New Oxford's Liam Rosenbach (200 free, 500 free) and Central York's Christian Henry (100 breast, 200 IM) led the way on the boys' side. While Havice, Cromer, Rosenbach and Henry all won two golds at the league meet, however, Northeastern's Sophia Hunter bested Buss in both freestyle distance events.

It was a banner postseason for the York Suburban girls, who won five District 3 Class 2A gold medals and added a district diving title courtesy of senior Brynn Neidigh. The Trojans earned bronze medals in the 200 and 400 free relays at the PIAA championships at Bucknell University in mid-March, while freshman Pyta Billet won a state medal in the 100 free. Henry medaled in the 3A boys' 200 IM at the PIAA meet, while Dover senior Taylor Tuohy medaled in the 3A girls' diving competition.

The regular season saw Northeastern and Dover win the Division I and II boys' titles, while Dallastown and York Suburban dominated en route to girls' division crowns. Even with some of the league's most decorated athletes set to move on, all four team champions have bright futures with plenty of talent slated to return.
